Okay, I admit it. I write fanfiction.

I'm on AO3 and FF.net
I mostly write for the Thor fandom, sometimes it crosses over into Avengers. I have written for The Mentalist and Harry Potter in the past as well

Ooh, another FF writer. I'll be sure to check your writing. I'd give you links and such for mine but I've never have had the guts to publish anything....

If you do publish, most of the time it is very rewarding. You get people who like your stuff and you feel all giddy when you see comments/reviews about your work. You might get an occasional flame (bad review/negative comment) but the good ones always outweighs the bad ones.

That's what I love about writing my stuff.

I'm currently writing about 4 different drafts by request of my close friends but I've never had enough confidence to publish anything... I'm Marilyn Genesis on FF.net That's my writing alias because I don't want my classmates besides the ones I told to find me...

I've got two working drafts on FF.net that I really need to work on but my AO3 works demand to be worked on first.

Only two of my friends know my name on FF.net. The first being my best friend since Middle School and the other who I told recently because she loves Tom Hiddleston too. She said she liked my story and asked me to give her a hint about the next chapter. I started to tell her about one of the Norse Gods and she didn't recognize him. I said two words and her face was literately   

My English teacher knows I read fanficton but that's it. I warned her about it being a sketchy place sometimes.

Haha, same same. My English teacher and Art teacher know I read and write it because when I get done with assignments (I'm always done early with nothing lower that a B- in all of my classes...) all I do is write but never publish. I have so many fandoms it's scary. I've been friends with the people I told for a long time aswell. It's hilarious because my best guy friend found one of my 'Lemons' and he looked at me like 'Wtf!?', but then he shrugged it off but his face was hysterical.

I thought it was hilarious when Thirty Shades of Grey came out and people were talking about it at school. My friend and I had to explain what smut was to a group of sophmores, juniors, and seniors. It was embarrassing for them, especially those seniors. A lot of the kids were like "Why would someone even write something like this?". I laughed and said, "There's a whole site with stuff like this." There were a few people who found it disturbing and I told them that before it was Christian and Anna, it was based on Twilight fanficiton. Which, of course, makes it worse.
